11th Month Warranty Inspection

This inspection service is performed while a new home is still under warranty from the builder, a period that usually lasts up to one full year from the time of purchase. We’ll thoroughly inspect the property, searching for emergent issues and unusual areas of wear and tear—reporting back to you so that you can see whether or not certain repairs and improvements will be covered under the warranty agreement.

Loan Draw Inspection

Once a loan agreement is finalized for new construction on a home, it’s critical to take every step necessary to ensure that the lender’s terms are not violated. This inspection service will help to ensure that violations do not occur, preventing potential litigation and other issues that can impede progress on the home. We’ll review the entirety of the loan agreement, proceeding to inspect the build site on numerous occasions to confirm that the terms are strictly adhered to throughout construction on the home.

Thermal Inspection

Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show clients things about their homes or buildings that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.We use a FLIR E8, an advanced thermography camera. Thermal Inspection can be ordered by itself as a standalone or added on to any other inspection.

WDO/Termite Inspection

If your prospective home has sustained termite damage, you could be looking at spending big bucks for repairs. To protect yourself financially, we recommend scheduling this inspection service before final closing. Mold Testing

For this inspection service, we’ll take our time inspecting each readily accessible area of a home for mold. Even if no visible evidence exists, we can collect air and surface samples from suspect areas to be tested for the presence of molds that could be detrimental to the health of residents.

Asbestos Inspection (for popcorn ceilings)

Older homes with popcorn ceilings generally contain some amount of asbestos—and even if the asbestos is a low percentage of the ceiling material, it can still be hazardous. We can conduct this inspection service to evaluate a popcorn ceiling for the existence of asbestos fibers, making recommendations for removal of the material as necessary.
